Looking forward to Verso: Settimana di arte e architettura contemporanea October 10-18
The students of the Art & Society course will be participating in the programming of Siena’s week of contemporary culture “Verso” taking place Oct 10-18. We will be part of a city-wide “Open House” on Oct 18th at the museum complex of Santa Maria della Scala, showcasing the many different groups and individuals involved in the city’s cultural life, as well as an “Open Studio” event at the Siena Art Institute Oct 10th from 4-6 pm. We will then have a presentation of students’ current projects at the Verso space in Santa Maria della Scala Monday Oct 12th from 2-5 pm, and the public is invited to participate in a collaborative activity with the Art & Society class at the Siena Art Institute Wednesday Oct 14th from 2-5 pm.
