On April 4th at 6pm we’ll host an artist’s talk with Irene Lupi, Italian artist, former student of SART, and recent winner of the TU35 prize from the Centro Pecci, whose artwork uses video to explore personal narratives on the permanence of memory and representations of self.

Presentation by Annunziata De Comite
Italian architect and landscape designer, founder of the Arscape studio, Annunziata De Comite, spoke about the contemporary landscape and the possibility to create new opportunities and to determine new social equilibriums, forms of production, culture, and identity. Her work utilizes a series of methods to study the landscape, always using the concept of subjectivity to individuate the characteristics of the everyday landscape.

Poetry Reading with Writer-in-Residence Ruth O’Callaghan
English poet, Ruth O’Callaghan shared with the public a selection of her poetry, including a reading of her recent publication “Vortices” which travels in time from the Biblical era to a prediction of the future by Einstein.
