On April 4th at 6pm we’ll host an artist’s talk with Irene Lupi, Italian artist, former student of SART, and recent winner of the TU35 prize from the Centro Pecci, whose artwork uses video to explore personal narratives on the permanence of memory and representations of self.
Italian architect and landscape designer, founder of the Arscape studio, Annunziata De Comite, spoke about the contemporary landscape and the possibility to create new opportunities and to determine new social equilibriums, forms of production, culture, and identity. Her work utilizes a series of methods to study the landscape, always using the concept of subjectivity to individuate the characteristics of the everyday landscape.
Preparations are underway for next week’s Mid-Term critique and Open Studio, in conjunction with stARTers presentation with architect Annunziata De Comite!
