Special Talk Tues Nov 6th with 4 Emerging Italian Artists

StARTers – Assaggi d’Arte” (“Tastes of Art”) continue at the Siena Art Institute: informal conversations and aperitifs with free entry featuring protagonists of Italian and international culture!

The presenters for the meeting on Tuesday November 6th will be Adriana Amoruso, Giammarco Cugusi, Gabriele Dini and Claudia Ponzi, the young Under35 artists who have won an artistic residency in the province of Siena for the project “Go to App – Digital Renaissance” promoted by Siena School for Liberal Arts and the Fondazione Musei Senesi (Foundation of Sienese Museums) with the pro bono participation of Siena Art Institute.
The four artists are in residence in the Atelier of the Museum of the Museo della Grancia e dell’Olio (Rapolano Terme), engaged in an exploration of the Sienese territory (specifically the areas of Rapolano, Asciano, Petroio and Castelnuovo Berardenga), rereading through a contemporary lens the artistic, historical and cultural heritage of the southern province of Siena. The residence will end with a series of solo exhibitions in the museums of the Fondazione Musei Senesi and with a collective exhibition at the Museo della Grancia, created with the collaboration of the young curator Valeria D’Ambrosio.

The Go To App project – Digital Renaissance, promoted by Siena School for Liberal Arts and Fondazione Musei Senesi with the pro bono collaboration of Siena Art Institute Onlus, is realized with the support of MIBAC and SIAE as part of the “Sillumina – Private copy for young people, for culture “.
